Sorry we haven't posted in a while, we've gotten a few comments from friends and family about it! Time is short when you have a baby that only naps in half hour bursts!! At least he sleeps well at night (this is our new mantra)...

"Playgroup"

I hosted my first playgroup today! 4 moms came with their babies, all of which were born in October or November (other than Lauren who is 3 yrs old). I met some of them online, and the other is my neighbor and she brought along a friend. Here are some pics from today's playgroup:

Shoveling & Winterlude!

Friday brought us a TON of snow, so John and I spent a couple of hours shoveling Saturday morning. We bundled up the baby and he slept soundly in his stroller while we got some exercise (that snow is heavy!!). It was really nice and mild out, so we didn't mind too much, plus John had a blast throwing me in the snowbanks a couple a times.

We had a fabulous Sunday here in the Nation's Capital! We went to Winterlude ice slides with the Churchill family, then back to Gerry & Lisa's house for a fabulous brunch. Here are some pics from our day:

Welcome home Bo!!!

Holden's buddy Bo was released from CHEO on Thursday, so he could finally go home!!! He fought through a really tough case of croup, but now he's home and doing much better.

We're all really happy for Bo and his parents who have had a challenging first year.

We're all looking forward to seeing you soon.
